WTF? That is unreal! You can steal children in China with the intent to sell them and there is no punishment as long as the child is not mistreated? Stealing a child is mistreating them! The cops there have to be in on this, because in the one case they let the kidnappers get away with the child! I bet they are getting some money out of it! If I lived in China and someone stole my child with the intent to sell them, they wouldn’t have to worry about punishment from the judicial system, I would take care of the bastards myself!
