I think many have called Bush that and much more, from the conservative side.  I know there were a few even on Martha talking that way about Bush and his minions.  Obama has done much more than Bush, Obama has just about taken congress out of the picture.  Lybia proves that.

More spending on the way and Robin watch the price of those chips continue to go up while we are told "All is well".
