I would go that's 50% of the reason the other 50% is they don't want to scarifice the time and brain power it requires to achieve such.  Want to will only get you so far, you have to, to get there.

If those 50% "sacrificed" the time and brain power, 49.99% of them would still not make $100,000.  Most jobs just don't pay $100,000 per year.  That's a simple fact.  The notion that people aren't making $100,000 because they don't work hard enough is crap.  Of course one of your fellow tea partiers made the even more absurd statement that 10% of Americans do 90% of the work.  (Tribune-Democrat's Readers' Forum on Monday).

Would you rather make six figures and pay 50% income taxes or work fifty plus hours a week at two or three part-time jobs for $8.25 per hour and pay less of a percentage in income taxes?
