So let's let anyone fly anywhere they want. No screenings, no security, no nuthin.

Honestly, ya can't have it both ways!

In this country they have that freedom under our Constitution.  If they want to attempt to blow something up then they can.  Now will they get away with it, I doubt it.  Your right you can't have it both ways, but this new way of the p_ssies is for the p_ssies.  The ones who fear they can't protect themselves, those being the same ones that want to take you guns away.   Like FDR stated "You have nothing to fear, but fear itself."     Let the p_ssies die and the strong will survive and that is God's way, Natural law, look around you in nature it is there for you to see everyday.  We hold back the strong to tow the weak/lazy along.  Makes perfect sense if you want to live in a nation where no man is created equal but they will all have equal things.    But then if we were all intended to have the same why would one of the commandment be "Thou shalt not covet your neighbors things." ?   Seems the perception got a bit off track there about the same time the Liberals/Marxist/socialist/progressives came into the power.   hmmmmm

wiener, I believe in a discussion of driving you stated that driving was a privilege not a right. Isn't taking an airplane the same?

One wonders what atrocities would have been committed before 09/11/2001 and after if we did not screen people at the airports...

There is a case that made it to the supreme court the man drove without something.  The supreme court at the time decided that the law was unconstitutional because the Government can not infringe on our right to travel freely throughout the united states.  Now that case law was tweaked over the years.  YOu see we don't decide cases on the law of the land anymore, we decide cases on case law, which is where we got off track in the court system.  The liberal/marxist/socialist/progressive have stopped to uphold constitutional law and now only uphold case law which are tweaked to empower the government more than the people every chance they get.

Roll Eyes

Roll your eyes all you want or  go talk to any lawyer and all they quote is case law, they aren't even taught the constitution in law school anymore.  You wonder why people don't understand it, because they aren't taught it or study it to any degree for a reasonable debate.  They assume what the Government and the Courts tell them is fact and it isn't it is case laws that have been tweaked over the years.

Only the supreme court is not bound by case law.
