Personally, I think that we SHOULD employ profiling.  Virtually all of the terrorists who have attacked the US have fit the same profile, except that we now need to add young Arab WOMEN to the list, as well.  If they doh't like it and we are such a bad place to live becasue we winfinge on their freedoms, let them leave.

How on earth do you relate that to Obama?  That's as bad as the people who blame everything on Bush.  Our Courts interpret our Constitution to disallow profiling.

I actually concur that profilling can cause unreasonable reason to search and /or arrest.

However, I do not concur that it is automatically profilling in many cases. For example, a black man aimlessly walking around in an exclusive white neighbor is reason to be suspect, and an avowed muslin acting suspiciously is reason to suspect.

Now as to this particular idiot, he was breaking the rules by smoking, but he knew he could not be charged and he knew he could say whatever stupid thing he wanted.

If any of us posting on this forum had done what he did we would have been arrested.

This man should be returned to his country immediately and never be allowed inside our borders again.

They are just extremist, it has nothing to do with the islamic or muslims worlds.   More of his feel good words.   Read the new book on him called "The Bridge"  you wanna see an ego on a president.   That man has no Jesus in him for if he did he would know you are to be humble and not arrogant.
