I have to comment that after reviewing the latest poll on the TD, the numbers of voters is mighty low! Does that decrease in number reflect the community forum being pulled or does no one read the TD now?  Have to add that pbal's porch is more impressive not only in the platform, but the options provided.  So, is anyone on here planning on attending the new folk fest?

I used to always buy the TD on the weekends but quit because there is nothing in it!plus the important articles are online and if you don't want to read the bs you just don't click it.I for one can not see how this paper is even still open with the economy and lack of news, but it must just be the area because the local news on tv is just as bad.

I buy the Pittsburgh Post Gazette for those because there are a lot more of them and better than those in the TD

Post-Gazette doesn't even come this way during the week.  Not sure how far east in Westmoreland they do come but it was sad that the only Pittsburgh paper with a Cup-winning edition in Johnstown was the Greensburg/Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.  BTW the Trib has very little in way of coupons around here and they also killed their Pittsburghlive boards a few months ago as well.

Oh yes, I was talking about the Sunday addition, that is when you get the coupon packs. What I don't understand is why I have to buy another paper, other than my local one, to get good coupons? Why does the PPG have much more and better yet to boot. You would think the Johnstown area would need more coupons than the bigger cities.
