Well, I googled Windber Cruise-in and guess what hit first.

A little further down, it looks like the first one is this Friday.

This weekend. Article in Somerset Daily American today laying out the schedule. There is an event at thunder valley and the cruise to start at Highland Harley Davidson and proceed to the school.

Saturday, July 24th, 2010 at the Galleria ... they had a show last year at the last minute and it drew 240+ cars in a rain storm, so I am thinking this could possibly draw 400-500 cars on a nice weather weekend.
Also, the Last Blast of Summer at Conemaugh Valley Elementary School is always a BIG draw, but that is more into the later summer.
