Tony's has the best baked ham lunch meat I have ever tasted. I found out yesterday that they use a cheap cut from Mccanney bros and make it themselves. Appearenty they season and bake for just a couple of minutes. Has anyone ever done this themselves? Any clues to seasoning?

Tony's Dairy...
only home to the BEST sub in Johnstown....
their baked ham with provolone and the oil they put on it.....
a gourmet sub!
Been going there all my life.
I still order under my maiden name as if to assure it will be made extra special just for me.

I love the smell in Conzatti's, I wish Glade would make something out of it.

I know some of the seasoning they use! I used to hang out with the daughters when I lived in Roxbury we would be there while Jess's dad and uncle were making the ham!

The subs are still the same after 20 years!

Does anyone remember the Garbage sandwich from Tony's?

Loved the garbage sandwich. Spill your gut's on the seasonings. Has to be paprika and some other stuff.
