Possibly a liability issue hon.

I also see that the Discovery Center is paying for security to guard its lot during the Ethnic Fest, making sure no one has the audacity to park there.  Yeah, no anomosity there.

Please................I volunteered to park cars for years in the old billet yard right next to where Sheetz stands on Broad St.   That was a liability issue.................th e lot was in terrible shape............yet the JAHA didn't have a problem with that.

Lucky tou didnt break a heel in that mess. You should talk to the director of good old JAHA he lives in Westmont.
