Anyone heard anything about this?    New pizzeria going into the former Rolando's site next to Central Park.  Looks like it might be a wood-fired oven type.

.....give it a few weeks for the folks to get the bugs worked out......staffing, oven temp, etc.......i do not like to go into new places until they work out the kinks, get rid of the bums from the staff, etc........i'd wait about a month or so to get a good idea of how the place is doing.......

...Thats true but for some, the beginning is as good as it gets before it steadily declines until it closes. In the restaurant business, you dont often get second chances. If you serve a lousy meal just once to a customer, he may never come back. Without repeat business in a town like this, it will surly sink fast.
