Alot of cash for two legal hits. The hit on Mo Harrison could have really tagged him but essentialy chest butted him.

Its also nice that NFL fines Harrison but turns around and sales the picture for a profit.

There are 2 that are for sale on that site.  One from the front and one from the back or side of the play.  They also have the hit that Merriweather from New England put on Todd Heap for sale.

Just saw on Fox News that they took all the pics of the questionable hits down.  I did look and they are no longer there.  They were interviewing Harrison's agent, Boomer Esiason and Merrill Hoge.  Very good that they took them down but how many did buy them?

Phoenix Cardinal No. 1 draft bust Tony Sacca:  The NFL ball is too slippery and I can't get the proper grip on it to throw it.
Phoenix Coach Joe Bugel:  That's too bad.  That's the ball we use.

The NFL rules are the ones the NFL uses!

Tomlin was 100% correct with his whistle comments.  Too many times a runner is stopped but they let play go on and a big hit is made.  It may or may not be helmet to helmet but what does one do?  Pull up and risk injuring themselves?  Make the hit?

Anyhow the 'defenseless' receiver portion of the hit on the Cleveland player was bad.  The ball was in the receiver's hands until the hit #92 put on him.  What do we do?  Let the receiver catch the ball?  How does a player going full tilt know a receiver has dropped the ball unless he sees it?  Very interesting questions to ponder.

...#92 has meeting with Roger Goodell...........wonder if #92 gave him the 'stare-down'?

Bill Parise, Harrison's agent, characterized the meeting as "an exchange of ideas and an opportunity for both sides to learn and grow."

.........#92 may get fined again for late hit on Mr. Breeze......

Goodell isn't as bad as David Stern or Gary Bettman.  They ruined the NBA and LNH respectively.

The owners of the 4 major sports ruined the leagues long before either of the above 3 or Bud Selig did.
