but it will remain the helmet law repeal. Personally I don't care if people ride their bikes naked but why is there a law that you must wear a seat belt? I will always wear my seat belt if but should have the option to do so. Go back to the rubber dam or racino crap Woz.

This will be another example of the federal government telling the states they must follow what they believe is best for us and take away highway funding if they don't follow.  The best situation occured when they raised the drinking age to 21 nationwide and there were several states that initially balked but did so as not to lose those highway dollars.  This issue as well as cell phone usage will be hot topics in the upcoming federal highway bill that will replace the last one expiring this year or next.
