Did the drugs cause the accident?

Gee, I don't know - if you were transporting drugs would you be driving with your eyes straight ahead or would you constantly be looking around for cops?
Nice try.

This time of year, while driving, I am constantly looking around for deer.

Ever look at somebody in the store and say, "I bet they're shoplifting"? Why did you say that?
Ever see a car driving so slow that you know the driver is doing something he shouldn't and is driving that slow because he thinks the cops will ignore him?
Being concientious of your surroundings is a lot different that being paranoid and panicky because you are in the process of doing something ILLEGAL. When people are doing something wrong they act very differently.
If YOUR family members were killed by this criminal junky I bet you'd be singing a different tune.

I'm not a lawyer, but I thought a death that occured during the commission of a felony was felonious murder, better known as 2nd degree murder. 4-8 for that? With time served she'll be out in 9 months. Welcome to Cambria County.

Sadly. Any guessees on how long after that she's involved in another crime? Other than hitting a deer.

Probably. But if the accident wasn't caused by someone being under the influence of drugs its quite a reach to say it was caused by paranoia. It was likely caused by bad driving. A lot of people die in crashes caused by bad driving. Few people are jailed 4-8 for bad driving.

Most drivers out there could pose a threat to you at anytime. You could easily head out today, be momentarily distracted and plow into someone. Would you be prepared to serve 4-8 years?

I'm not a repeat criminal who is delivering illegal drugs for people to use and then probably kill somebody themselves because they are under the influence.
Illegal is illegal and she killed people WHILE doing something illegal.

What if you were driving 40 MPH in a zone marked 25 or 35 and were momentarily distracted and plowed into someone? Isn't it illegal to not be in control of your vehicle at all times? What if you forgot to get your car inspected in November and its now December 16? Do drunk drivers even get 4-8 years if they kill someone?

Momentarily distracted or FELL ASLEEP BECAUSE I WAS DRIVING ILLEGAL DRUGS FOR DELIVERY???
Sorry, you can sell it however you want. A REPEAT criminal is delivering ILLEGAL drugs from NYC to Johnstown, FALLS SLEEP at the wheel because she can't wait to sell them and get her money and kills people. She was not worried about traffic laws (or ANY laws) or about any other vehicle on the road, she was worried about completing her illegal transaction without getting busted.
"Probably"? Please, you'd be a mess if it was your family. Are you telling me you'd say, "awww, she wasn't under the influence, she was just seepy-poo"
Oh, and as for this ... your lawyer told you to say that. Spare us.
Harris expressed remorse for what had happened, saying, “I hope these families can forgive me.”
