The key to this nonsense is that they will all be eligible to play in the Sugar Bowl.  The NCAA is a joke.

giving somebody a ring, and then telling them they cannot sell it seems a little silly to me.  The NCAA is a joke.

Indeed.  I should also be able to trade my (key word being my) autograph for tattoos, food, cash or even sex.

Please, would you have traded two years of Daryll Clark for Pryor's first two years?

Success with Honor.

Bull.  I'd say send him packing.  And he would be talking to an agent right now.

The Rock says that it's way overdue for the NFL to create a farm system similar to MLB so that the blue-chip athletes who just want to get paid while not getting hassled about having to go to class can do so. The Rock would strongly support a Johnstown Steelers minor-league franchise if so granted.

Rules is rules. Jocks should know them. If they choose to break them, and get caught...

I know NOTHING!

I agree that they should know them, but they are really kids and the adults associated with the program should make sure that they know them.  How worldly were any of us at that age?  We thought that we knew everything, but we trusted our elders even as we disrespected them.  People don't change too much.
