How many current college football coaches have been on the job for more than five years?

Reasonable people can disagree that JoPa has overstayed at PSU, where the argument gets silly is when you try to back up that stance by saying Pitt is making moves to a brighter future.

You are correct yoyo, reasonable people can disagree on whether the Pitt program is moving forward or backwards...I can't forcast the future other than to be optimistic.  Where it gets silly is a when a certain person stands on her soap box and proclaims to have a superior school, team and if you can't put 100 + thousand people in the stands that  school is a failure.  Now that's just plain absurd..

You know as well as I most city universities do not have the monetary resourses as what State has and let's not forget Pitt is competing for dollars which are also being spent on 3 professional sports teams plus other area university sport programs.  Argue if you want, but that all plays into monies spent and your choice as to where you're going to spend it.

And for you or me or anyone else to say the current move will be a failure is just plain ridiculous..that said, it wouldn't  surprise me to see another coach in ____fill in the blank.

Well yoyo I'm not a Paterno fan and I believe he should have been put out to pasture long ago..I guess the "gal" is a warm supporter of Pitt.  I must have misread her diatribes..

Oh well, we agree to disagree.

You're being dishonest.  I never said a bad thing about the new coach.  You made the cut out comment.  I just defened the man.

The Rock says that both the Big Tenwelve and the Big Least are bush-league conferences anyhow so what's the point of arguing over mediocrity?
