Winter weather drivers testing. People should be tested specifically for their ability to drive in the snow and ice, if you do not pass this test this sticker should be put on your car and if you are driving in the slick stuff you should get cited. p.s. no i am not bitter i was stuck in DC traffic for 8 hours last Wednesday. |
