Should there be a  law against it, or do you like the look and want a law requiring it?

and belly sticking out over shorts as well. Don't get me wrong, not picking on big bellies, just saying they should cover it up.

I've lost count of the number of people who have nearly back-ended me, veered into my side of the lane, or cut me off all while having a cell phone attached to their ear.  Angry

I don't really care about people talking on phones while they're standing in line at the bank or store. It does drive me crazy to reach the cashier and have my cell phone go off. It never fails that I'm trying to get out my debit card and press through all those electronic menus and that damn phone is ringing and ringing.

........that any a$$hole who uses the passing lane on the highway for anything BUT passing (IOW, they are holding me back and f##king up the whole process) should be pulled over and given a citation which states that they have to take their driving test again......within 10 days...and they must pass it, (especially the part about 'the passing lane') or else they are fined $150.00...and cannot drive until they pass the test, however, if they fail it a second time, 30 day suspension, and if they fail it a third time, driving privileges are revoked for good...........maybe this would get thru to a few of  the knuckleheads........and just for good measure, they are disallowed from using the 'passing lane' for 6 months after they pass the test.................... ....
