Exactly.  Why would the people they are trying to attract want to live in this particular building?

They can see their customers coming from blocks away and still keep an eye out for johnny law. Wink

Why is it that we think that the ads the JHA may be running in urban areas are any more effective than ads run by the Convention and Vsitors Bureau or the Chamber of Commerce in other areas to attract tourists and new businesses?
