I've never been the the Que. Anybody out there who can fill me in. Would you recommend it for camping, hiking etc?

I have not been to the Que since the early 90's. I was looking at different recreation areas online last week and I came across a map of their new Family Recreation Area.  They even have a swimming beach and RV sites! It looks really nice, but I haven't yet had time to check it out. The last time I was at the Que I ended up sleeping on the ground without a pillow or blanket and woke up in the morning with a wicked hangover and covered in some kind of bugs.

601 thru Holsopple. Left on Plank Rd (I think that's @ Hoganis), quick right onto Que. Dam rd. When your feet get wet, you're there.
