"Ink Pen" that delivers electrical shock-- funny prank or over the top? I bought a new computer yesterday, the guy hands me a pen to sign, I felt a mild tingling in my hand, but kept trying to open the pen, which it wouldn't do. He asks me "didn't that shock the **** out of you?" No. He said some people toss it and yelp!

I didn't think a lot of it since it really didn't bother me, I have some nerve damage and often get tingling sensations in my extremities anyway, but after I left I got to wondering, as he said some people really feel it, is it really just a funny prank or something you really shouldn't do to strangers?

It's assault. On the other hand, all jokes are at *someone's* expense.

What a great idea you've given me..... if it hasn't already been done, you and I can work on it and get a patent and make $$$$$$
A vibrator that looks like a pen!  How discrete would that be? Fantastic. We'll have to test various prototypes, of course......
