I remember back when she has said, many times, that disagreements with Obama were "racism straight up". Now that a prominent black man disagrees, he's a token who was paid to disagree. To me that seems to be racism in it's own. I think that anytime you use race to form an opinion about anyone, it's racism.

Respect for the president? Where was it for many years before Obama?
As I recall we repeatedly called our president a liar, a crook, a philanderer etc.

Should not be that hard for you to recall, you have been doing it for at least the last 2.5 years

That's pretty bad and helps reduce the ugliness of a very ignorant practice. I think that politicians who do these things within the confines of their duties will eventually reap what they sow, but pundits (which is what I now consider Al Gore) can go on for years with race-baiting and other forms of hate and never be held accountable. Pundits can actually prosper, in some cases, because their large fan base brings sponsorship. It would be an easy argument that sponsors don't really care or may not agree but want to get their product in the public eye for sales purposes. But could that also be an argument that the pundit may not totally believe what they say and have no other goal than to get sponsors and make money?
