I oddly enough didn't feel anything. My mom did though, and we are in the same house.

I felt it too, and I thought it was our new house settling. I called my husband at work and said honey the house just moved like a wave! He said yeah, we just had after shock from an earthquake!

So I didn't even know about the earthquake until he told me. I've never experienced anything like that in my life, that was weird. My dog even got up and looked around, as he was laying beside my computer desk, and I was doing my work.

Boo, now you can say you've experienced an earthquake.  Hopefully this is the most you'll ever experience.

Grin You should try it during an earthquake! No effort needed.

Felt it out here for sure. When Hurricane Irene arrives this weekend it will be like getting the old 1-2 punch.
