— Note to the inconsiderate and irresponsible people who made the brilliant decisions to bring their dogs to the EthnicFest in Cambria City on Friday night:

Know that your dogs’ droppings ruined my nearly new pair of cross-trainer shoes and caused the carpeting in my car to now smell like your dogs’ deposits.

Ownership of pets requires responsibilities, such as cleaning up after them, and not taking them to a venue where thousands of people are packed in for a nice evening of good food and seeing many friends.

We shouldn’t have to worry about where we step on dark streets and sidewalks, into messes created by your lack of sensibility to bring animals into an inappropriate area.

..........responsible pet owners are hard to find these days........if someone brings a dog, they should also be prepared to clean up after them.................... .and i'm not sure why they would hold a festival in dark alleys anyways..........and isnt that a residential neighborhood? Is Cambria City "Pet Free"?? ........and wouldn't you know when you stepped into the dog sh!t also, why not clean it off before you got into your car? and how "new" is "nearly"? worn once, twice?  1st time in public?? I need answers.......
