I think this statement applies to most of the bill:

But a central design flaw dogged CLASS. Unless large numbers of healthy people willingly sign up during their working years, soaring premiums driven by the needs of disabled beneficiaries would destabilize it, eventually requiring a taxpayer bailout.

With more and more employers, and probably many individuals, willing to pay the fine rather than the insurance rates, the rates will continue to escalate to pay for mandated services. This will cause more purchasers to opt for the fine.  Doomed from the start because of poor planning, The folks pushing this bill were not concerned about what the actual effect was due to being consumed with power.

I don't know much about the obamacare issue because i didn't want to take the time to study it. However, from what I've seen so far; it worries me. There is a mandate about everybody being implanted with a microchip about the size of a grain of sand in the bill. Someone told me that the chip is so small that it could be included in a flu shot. *I don't know, but the thought of being implanted surreptitiously bothers me. They alledegly already implant chips in Euro money now. I don't know why they"d do that though.

In Europe they implant children with the chips when they are born and I read that bill and don't remember seeing anything about being chipped here in the US.

Is it manditory that all European children be implanted with microchips, or is it that a few have been volunteered by their parents for implantation?
