One phrase bothers me. A lawyer for the group says this is as close to an entrapment case .....

If it qualified for entrapment, I would think the lawyer would be all over THIS IS entrapment.

Entrapment is a fine line, and I am not going to try to judge.

...Seven Amish men arrested for hate crimes for cutting the beards and hair of Amish men of a different religious sect............and get this, they are all family members of bishop Samuel MULLET Sr......go figure...........and this clan are 'up and comers'.....they "hired a driver" for their horse and buggy to take them around to the different victim's houses.................. .....this Mullet character is no 'day at the park'..........he terrorized these folks........

The attacks grew out of a religious feud between Mullet and the wider church, according to the criminal complaint against the Mullet family.

Johnny Mullet, Lester Mullet, Eli Miller, Daniel Mullet, and Levi Miller all confessed their involvement in the crimes to the FBI.

Wow and I always thought the Amish were such peace loving people, I guess it goes to show the times we are truly in.

There are clear lines IMO, If a government agent offers someone a large sum of cash,especially in this economy to carry out an act of terror or whatever that would constitute entrapment. If a person asks for money to do said act than that's a different story. Offering someone money in no way proves initial intent. Greed can lure the least criminal minded to do wrong....
