We got 5-6" over hereTue/Wed, I think they got more down in Redcaps area. It was the second snow of the year but it's still early enough that it's gone in a few days, except in the mountains.

They said we got 8.7 inches here. And it is mostly gone.
BUT there is tree damage everywhere. The weatherman said this snow was 5 inches of snow per inch of moisture and we normally get 10 inches of snow per inch of moisture. So, the leaves still on the trees coupled with the very heavy snow and it sounded like a war zone in some places.
For those who do not know I live about 45 miles south of beeker.

I understand why all meteorologists are men. They tell you to expect 10 inches and in reality you only get about half! LOL Just sayin..haha

Had about 3" on the picnic table in Moxham, but it's so heavy, it's already compacted closer to 2.

I hate those wet snows, they really slow down the snow blower when it clogs the chute. Then again the really dry snow just turns into a cloud and makes the process almost wasted. So I end up reaching past the snowblower for the $25 shovel and going OLD SCHOOL. If nothing else it's good exercise.
