This is a perfect example of what happens when people find loopholes to misuse needed disabled benifits designed to assist those who actually are disabled.  I wonder how many of these folks are the first to complain when the benifit is threatened because of financial costs.

We have a retired AMTRAK employee here who often states that no one ever returned to work from a worker's comp absence. Instead they were medically retired.

I know at my current job there are many that try to get disabled.  My sister as I have said before is one that I don't think should be able to draw but some doctors just write what you want them too.  We have a friend who should be working but he is disabled, funny how he can work on stuff he wants too though.  If you can build fences and keep your house spotless I don't think you should be able to draw a disability check.
