You heard it here first folks. I'm so happy and excited for Johnstown that i can hardly contain myself. I can't tell you too much right now because the lawyers have to do their thing, but you can look for a couple thousand high paying manufacturing jobs coming to J-town. The local powers that be have no idea YET. This is just as big as US Steel. Expect to see a dramiatic turnaround for J-town within the next year.
Telling select people about it - on the downlow - is not beneath me. If you really need to know.

Great. More traffic. I shoulda stayed in Amishland. Or better yet, Boston. At least they've got a decent transit system.

At least give us a little hint, J-man.   Where is it going to be located?

This isn't intended to be a ploy or a game. IT IS REAL!

I can tell you if you really want to know. But it woiuld have to be by private message. And if you blab and the deal goes bad, don't blame me. It's best to keep it guiet until all the legal stuff and property acquisitions are made. I'm talking about in the neighborhood of 5,000 to 10,000 good paying jobs. And it won't take years to do it. I'd say 5,000 jobs real quick, then another 5,000 more over the next 2 or 3 years. And they'll be around for awhile. Plus, the company is going to use capital gains to reinvest in more local ventures.

There is no FALSE HOPE here. I can tell someone about it that you all trust, and that person could vouch for my verasity. It's gonna happen. The company will be located in Johnstown city limits. They will look to use any and all available industrial property. They will need alot of property. Every vacant building and facility will probably end up being used. Even with Johnstowns number of available sites, it may not be enough, and they may have to buy buildings currently in use too. The ducks are lined up and quacking.  It would almost take an act of God to keep it from happening. It's mostly unskilled manufacturing, shipping, recieving, warehouse, some agriculture, dairy, admin, security, construction  and other jobs. I have first hand knowledge of everything. The company expects to make profits in the billions every year for the first 5 years, then slower growth , but steady work after that. The owners and investors are quite wealthy and believe in the project enough to invest 10 million each in an initial investment. It's flat out miraculous how it is all coming together. Johnstown was approved, not selected, mostly because of available workers, railroad, and available space, plus a strong state agri business. Fertile land and plentiful water was a huge plus.
