I went through this with my kids! You know when they wash one thing and put one thing in the dryer because they just have to wear the one thing tonight and then can't wait for it to be done and leave it in the dryer forever.......

You can't let them lying in the dryer forever you know. You have to hang them up as soon as the dryer shuts off!

......maybe that's it.......i don't dry my shirts in dryer..........drip dry on hangers at all times..........i have to check the instructions next time.......
