As many of us knew would happen, this is just one small company.  The cost to jobs is going to hurt this nation in a bad way.

You're right, many of us said (even before passage) that it would be easier for most employers to pay the fine then pay for coverage or reduce manpower to reduce medical expenses.  Now the CBO estimate is toast, it means nothing.  In my opinion this was well known by the politicians from jump street and that's the catalyst behind increasing taxes on the wealthy and the support behind OWS.  Even the morons that pushed this cluster@#$% knew that this would happen but wanted to create the crisis so that the tax increases would become necessary.

I think we need some serious redress of grievances.

Nothing new happening here. Employer sponsored health care was 69.0 percent in 2000 and fell to 66.0 percent in 2003 and then to 60.0 percent by 2005. And then, according to the numbers by the Gallup poll, it fell another 12% between 2005 and 2008 to reach a new low of 48%.

During this time, employer premiums went from an average of $4,248 per employee family in 2000 to $8,167 by 2005 and by 2009 were $13,027. That's a 207% increase in less than 10 years.

Watch them as the soar now it what health care did in 10 they will do in 2 or 3 here real soon.  They gave a nice raise across the board at my job but it was soon realized that the raise was given because of the increase our health care costs took, in reality no one received a raise, our wages actually took a dip because of health care costs.  If this is the price of having the best health care system in the world I want to opt out and take my chances the old fashioned way.

Fire Highmark.

Our health insurance premium is going down next year!  We will save 81 cents per employee per month.
