Malkin without a doubt in my mind!!!!!   Let him go back to Mother Russia and play in the KHL.  He has no clue where he is passing the puck half the time.  Also there have been rumors of the NHL not supporting the 2014 Sochi(Russian/Siberian) Olympics.  Ovechkin has already made some noise about not signing a contract after his current one expires in 2013 so he can go to Sochi.  Malkin has also done the same but not as bad as Ovi.

Staal is much better than Malkin IMO and should of had the Calder their rookie year in the league together.

.....can they afford to keep Crosby.......he has not played at all the last few years.............they really have no one to replace anyone of them, so I hope they are able to keep all three..........

IMO no they can't afford Crosby if he is not healthy and misses extended periods of time.  On the other hand he is the face of the franchise much like Lemieux was while he was playing.  Also the CBA is up soon so we shall see.  Have to wonder what Baldwin would have done with this scenario.

Agreed on Malkin being a prima donna.

Go LA Kings!!  Jonathan Quick played for Reading about 3-4 years ago here in Johnstown.

...malkin has put up great numbers in the absence of Crosby, but he has disappeared in the playoffs since winning the cup...............i'd be inclined to keep malkin and Staal...............staa l can be the face of the franchise...........

Agree...I thought the Pens played much better without Crosby.
