A very quick search says that the Keystone Pipeline decision has been delayed by the State Department until aftet the 2012 elections.

http://biggovernment.com/sberry/2011/12/02/senate-republicans-to-force-approval-of-keystone-pipeline/

This also interesting:

http://www.commentarymagazine.com/2011/11/11/unions-obama-pipeline-delay/

Terry O’Sullivan, head of the Laborers’ International Union of North America, didn’t hold back in a statement slamming the Obama administration yesterday:  Environmentalists formed a circle around the White House and within days the Obama Administration chose to inflict a potentially fatal delay to a project that is not just a pipeline, but is a lifeline for thousands of desperate working men and women. The Administration chose to support environmentalists over jobs – job-killers win, American workers lose.

You paid less in FICA taxes in 2011.

Yes maybe I did but being a working American I don't want them to cut my taxes I want them to reform the system so it is fair to all involved.  Did he or did he not raise the Capital gains tax which would affect everyone invested in the stock market?   Most people have their 401K in the stock market and not only is it taking a beating because of his ineffectiveness as a Leader it will then get slammed (when you least need it to) by a higher capital gains tax when you sell off those share to get your money.  So I have to wonder which way you don't want it Robin going or going cause that is what you are going to get when you need that money the most.

On a side note do you realize that most government union workers now retire on disability it is the new fad you know?

401K distributions are taxed as ordinary income in the year of withdrawal.  401K gains are not subject to a capital gain tax.

Had you put $10,000 into your 401K on January 1, 2001 it would have been worth $9850 or so on January 1, 2011.  Obama has been in office since January 20, 2009.  How much would that 401K have been worth on January 1, 2009?  My guess is around $8500 or so.

Just wondering if you can provide a source of this information.  I don't believe that it is factual.

it was in the form of a question, therefore it is true, no reference required.

He has also usurped congress more times than any other president and I do believe this goes against the agreement the Democrats came to while he was a senator.
