pbal, your points are well-taken and accurate.  I have no question that they are authoritative, nor do I disagree that there is a lot of surveillance and a lot of traffic cams and a lot of technical capability.  I do, however, dispute that they are on almost every corner.  That was all that I asked and was attacked in return.  The last question that I asked her to provide proof of concerning government retirees was over 3 weeks ago with no answer.  I don't believe that people should post inaccurate information with no verification and then spin and twist and lie when questioned.  If a poster makes a statement (as oposed to stating an opinion) that poster should be prepared to defend it.

She is no different from Jehovahsman or Whatfreedom in that way, IMHO.

Only to you Oldster only to you.  You should feel proud that you made a very short list in my world it holds government officials and you.

So you know what that means, your questions, opinions and all other aspects of you mean about as much as whale **** to me. Whale **** if you don't know sits at the bottom of the ocean and on this planet that is about as low as you can get.  I hear people state their opinion all the time as I just did, sorry if you are so anal that I have to include "I am stating an opinion here". 

If you look at the government website and take the total # of retired and those that went out to disability you will find that by a very small fraction more take disability than actually retire from active service.  Look at the generation after you.  My husband and I sat here at the house one night and looked at all of our friends that work  (ages 35-70) and all those that are on disability and you know what we have more friends sucking off our tax dollars than we have paying into the system, about 51% are disabled and 49% still work and the ones over 65 don't have to be working.  A system that is built for failure because it plays upon the laziness of people and China was right many American's are lazy pieces of ****.  The % is the same for government workers, that includes all of them but the military, imagine if we included the military after 10 years of war and the PTSD that now has many on disability?  Most of the people I served with that stayed for the wars are on disability, so not only do they get their pension they also on top of it get the disability that is owned them.  I know some that pull in as much at $9,000.00 a month between the two, plus get their healthcare at the VA, payed for by us.  I think some don't engage their brain when they actually think about it all and you are one who I believe that is true of because you think men when given the power will do the right thing and those kinds of people are far and few between.
