I like it. Congress has to approve his moves. Won't save any money, tho, and as for this: "...Obama's move is about more than improving a giant bureaucracy." Never gonna happen.

I would like to know who lied to him and told him he had the wisdom and intellect that Ronald Reagan had?   This guy hasn't done anything but suck off of some form of government tit his entire adult life.  Oh wait that's right he did write a book, or at least someone else wrote it for him and he took credit.  Seriously if this is what our government is coming too then maybe we should have it redressed asap.
