Does that mean a drop in the transplants as well?  Might make your streets safer and less full of gun fire on the weekends.

Wow. More than 1,400 subsidized apts. in a City of about 20,000 is nuts. When hardly anyone in the City of Johnstown is paying property taxes it's just a matter of time before the chickens come home to roost.

Have you seen what's going on right now in the impoverished Chester-Upland school district near Philly? The district is completely broke and is suing the state just to get money to stay open. Last I heard the teachers there were working without a paycheck.

The solution is at least two more years of Mark Critz

http://tribune-democrat.com/editorials/x647577761/Edward-Sheehan-No-matter-your-party-help-keep-congressional-seat-in-area

So Ed are you going to become a democrat so you can vote for Mark or are you going to tell Mark to become a Republican so you can possibly have a chance to vote for him in November.

How many years has John's Town had an elected Congressman and how much sidewalk does it have left?

Now I feel allot better knowing the city is not being discriminated.

"Even nicer neighborhoods can have drug problems, Callihan said."

From the picture I am not sure if this "lady" is worth chasing or getting busted for.

I have a friend who lives in Gettysburg and he describes a similar scenario happening there where big city drug dealers will move in with a local white woman and set up a small-town drug ring. Must be part of some larger conspiracy that is being run in exactly the same fashion around much of the Commonwealth. I also just saw on the news where Altoona just experienced a similar kind of drug bust this week as well.

Altoona's was being run by some people in jail though I think they were being housed in the Camp Hill facility.
