While he may sound a bit crazy he does have a valid point that if you make it a job where people want it for the pay you will get the ones who feel it is their calling to be a teacher the bozo's who are just there for the money.   I have friends who are teachers and you know the ones the truly enjoy teaching the children don't complain about their pay.  The speak of the lives they have touched by being able to teach children that in turn touch their lives as well.  Life after all is what you make of it you can be happy with what you have or you can be miserable by wanting what you can't or won't achieve.
