Just curious, but what happened to Nick Ruffner who used to do the news on the weekends, and also did the Clearfield County reporting. Where did he go? He seemed to have quietly left the station.

What happened to Mark Wissinger?  32 days into his term as county commissioner and he is again out of the office and unavailable for comment as a revised budget is passed.

Is his string broken?

Westmont needs to make that 2010-11 pay freeze permanent.

I still say the key to making our schools more affordable is to eliminate fifth and tenth grades.  Instead of spreading eight years of learning out over twelve years, spread it out over ten.

They didn't want them digging into the hillside for parking.  Had nothing to do with the restaurant itself.  Those people park their cars all over the place, didn't understand what the problem was.

Right.  They didn't mind having the restaurant there, they just didn't want anyone to actually go to the restaurant.
