Why don't we try to respect one another.

Usually one is numb until after the funeral.

I am sure you did fine.

How about every morning right after you rise you say a prayer for this Nation you reside in that she doesn't stumble and fall right out from under us all.

Jessika, I know you'll get through it. It's been almost 2 years since I went through what you're going through. It was hell. I was numb for weeks. Some days I would just get in the car and drive...once I drive over 60 miles one way. I hardly realized it.

It does get better. The hurt never goes away, but the sadness does. Honey, just remember this: Your loved one is always alive, in your heart. She's as close as your memory.

Thanks Daffy i think i did what she wanted i planned it just like she wanted it ( i think)  now i have the task of cleaning out her apartment, scattering her ashes or keeping them havent decided yet. i know i am going to plant a tree somewhere in memory of her and make a donation in memory of her to the humane society because she loved animals. i am feeling a little better about the whole thing. i know things will be okay i guess i am just so used to calling her everyday to make sure she is eating that i have to stop and say to myself oh wait she passed away. i guess i will just gradually not pick up the phone to call the hospital lol

Please say a prayer for my cousin and his wife who are on their way from Texas to PA to arrange the funeral of his mother.

He is now the last member of the family as his Dad, and younger brother have both passed away previously.

Okay.. brace yourself .. I named it, "Damn It"! Yes, Damn It!! He's sooo cute and tiny!! Frankie looks so massive compared to him.

Patient had to get rid of him due to severe allergies to dog.. just discovered one week after she got it. He's 8 wks old and so full of life. Has been good for Frankie. She looked at him little while ago, like please lay down somewhere.. anywhere.
