What a horrible story. I see that her money was eventually refunded.

But I don't get it, LostJohn. Why do you say that this could soon be happening in the US?

Lexi, Just look at the statement by beefman, If its on Fox it must be a lie.... You must have to watch Msnbc to get the truth....and a tingle up your leg  every time you see O dumba ( as msnbc commentators do) how long till we have a Funeral Czar telling us what type of funeral we can have.....   We have about 38 Czars now...

Who said anything about msnbc? I assure you i dont watch then either. Name calling makes you look childish. Say what you like about obama but at least he has a plan and it involves more than big oil.

I just don't see the government taking over private funeral homes any time soon. And I have a feeling that private funeral homes charge according to how long the viewing lasts already.

That's the problem I see, his plans. As for his campaign promises, where have they gone? His own party and constituents are starting to question Barry's shifting policies. I'm not confident that Barry's making this country better. I think folks, even people that voted for him are now questioning the wisdon of their vote.

Beefman, I agree with you calling the president of the United States names makes one lose creditbility.

My question though is did you object to the name calling last year?

well to be honest probably not. i made the comment because i felt bringing obama into it was stupid. as fas as his campain promises goes any body that thinks that whoever get elected today is going to keep every one is a fool. i knew when i voted for him he would not be able to keep some or most of them. if you think otherwise your being fooled. there are many factors that have to be dealt with like the milatary which in my opinion is way to big and carries too much power. our intelengence is another bloated department that answers to no-one. president or not he can only do so much. i put more blame on congress than i do obama.

I will say what I like about Obama, and that is nothing.
He doesn't have a plan if he did congress would not be writing the bill, he would have handed them one to work with.
N. Korea had to give him an out to getting the reporters back, what has he done about the three in Iran?

His plans are incomplete and he really doesn't have any why else would he need all that brain power on the hill with his Czars?

You show me government anything that didn't cost more than they proposed it would.   Making the Government bigger isn't the answer, the answer is make the people more responsible for themselves.  If they had to rely on no one but friends and family, would this country still be in the mess it is in?   Government needs to quit spending all this money, we can't just keep printing debt bills and not pay a price for it Beefman.  I think the housing crunch, and credit card markets, auto industry and all that shows you what endless spending gets you.   Unless you want to become China because that is the general direction Obama is heading.

I said it during the campaign and I will say it again. Obama does not have a plan just a vision. Visions are good, but they need a method to achieve. One can not just say it and have it happen.
