Like the one Senator stated " How can you get a better conviction, when the man was willing to plead guilty to all charges and be executed."   How stupid is Holder and is his overeducation getting in the way of just pure common sense.  I noticed that fact in my Ex husband, the man had book smarts but when confronted with simple issue of common sense he had absolutely NONE!!  We paid a high price for his lack of common sense, and anyone with a real smartie in their family knows this.
