Johnson is a good guy...that said, I know it was a long shot, but Mark Martin was the sentimental choice. Too bad Mark

There is a reason no one in one sports wins the title all the time, because it makes it boring to watch.  Nascar should be loosing viewers soon.  Oh I forgot they stepped it up to include the yuppies and well to doer's they wanted what the poor folks were enjoying..  Funny how that never works the other way around isn't it?

Disappointed that Johnson won again but as with any of the big sports dynasties over the years he has done it when it counts-->in the playoffs.  Was talking to my cousin on the way home from Martinsville and it would be interesting to see how he would of done without the chase and all the changes made to it since it's inception.  They set it up because they were afraid that a driver who hadn't won a race all year but was consistent was going to be the champion but they did the exact opposite.  A driver only has to be consistent for 26 weeks then drive hard for the final 10 and they have a chance to win especially with the way the point system is now.  A change to the chase point system is in order because the top 12 should have their own point scale set up with the owner points being set up differently.
