Is anyone surprised that Weis is gone from ND? It will be very interesting to see who's next at the Golden Dome.

I'd like to see "Chuckie" get the job. But, haven't heard his name mentioned in the last few weeks.

Really don't care who they bring in, as I'm not a ND fan.

No more Pete Carroll, either.   Looks like this guy knew when to "get out of Dodge".  This program has to be headed toward NCAA sanctions....Joe McKnight just declared for the NFL, while still under investigation.....This program smells, smells bad....

College football is actually pretty decent in Sept., Oct., and Nov. however once December rolls around there is really no need to watch it anymore.

Outside of an occasional marquee matchup college football is mediocre.  The games are too long, the postseason is a farce, the notion of student athletes is a farce, there's too many timeouts (to advance the sticks!), there's too many D1 teams, the goal posts are too wide and I like a stripe that goes the whole way around the football.

I would much rather coach in the NFL even if it does mean not for long.

Student athletes turn into NFL stars don't ya think? Perhaps they should come right out of high school straight to the NFL...maybe that's the answer.

I gather you're not a fan of college sports, particularly football...that's fine.

Ya know Robin the Bills are looking for an experienced winning head coach...sounds like you fit the Bill to the T.

I bet if you played football, you didn't need a helmet.

BTW...I don't like the NBA....thugs they are.

Why would anyone want to coach Buffalo?

You would have to live in Buffalo.

Russ Grimm may want to coach in Buffalo......lost of wings to be eaten there.

Do you think the infractions are less serious at USC than at Tennessee?  Lane Kiffin left pretty quick.  What a farce.....

I don't think Russ Grimm wants to be a head coach.

Russ Grimm must have changed his mind then. 3 years ago he was interested in the Steeler HC position.

I had heard that he was offered the Stiller job but said no and followed the Whis to AZ.

Mike Prisuta was left with egg on his face as a result.
