I had heard that he was offered the Stiller job but said no and followed the Whis to AZ.

Mike Prisuta was left with egg on his face as a result.

Prisuta still can't get that egg off his face, lol.  Prisuta got the wrong info and ran with it.....He took a chance and became the "fool".  From what i understand, Russ was not offered the job......Prisuta got wrong information from his lousy source and hence, egg on face.

That's interesting.  I did not hear that version of the story.   I had heard that Tomlin blew the Rooneys, etc.,  away at the interview.  This coming year should be interestinig.  We will see how Tomlin responds.
