How can neighbors remotely think blasting Christmas caroles 24/7 is a good idea?

How bout some details allusion, where, why and if you feel it's noise nuisance why not contact your local authorities. By your definition blasting music.
Have you taken the "good neighbor" approach asking that the music volume be turned down, or, asked politely if the music could be scheduled to keep you and your neighbor happy....a little give and take perhaps?
